About the role

Us Ai is seeking someone to join us as a junior Project Manager looking for an exciting opportunity. We need a PM at the early stages of their career, who wants an exciting, challenging new industry to join. The position requires the successful candidate to organise our client projects and product development sprints. Our projects range from small to very large, but we take a lean, entrepreneurial approach to our work regardless of the size.

Needs to in the early stage of their career, motivated, keen and self-sufficient. Happy to work under their own steam. No prior knowledge of Ai based work is required, but a keen interest in technology, future trends, and innovative ways of engaging with audiences will stand you in good stead.

Job Purpose

The post holder will provide a dedicated point of Project Management to clients, the directors of the business, and the product development team. In addition the post holder will identify opportunities to improve our processes and approaches to delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Carrying out specific tasks to ensure that the project meets the time, cost and quality requirements.
  2. Undertake duties as directed by the Product Manager and with guidance from the Company Directors to support the delivery and implementation of distinct projects
  3. Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility (including draft design and IT costs)
  4. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and budget
  5. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  6. Ensure resource availability and allocation
  7. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
  8. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  9. Manage some relationships with the client and all stakeholders
  10. Perform risk management to minimise project risks
  11. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  12. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  13. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  14. Generate/update regular reports, dashboards, RAID logs and financial trackers as defined by the project and escalate any issues to management as needed
